A few months after launching the Meeting Owl 3, our advertising was getting a bit stale. I was asked to come up with a new set of creative to test against our more standard messaging and designs. A photo shoot, some copywriting, and few design iterations later (all for a budget under $300), our dreams came true: no more nightmare meetings when you’re with Owl Labs.

Hot Owl summer

July is typically a slow month across all B2B sales. In order to drive mid-summer revenue in our North American and Australian markets and take advantage of the promotional halo of Amazon Prime Day, I was given one day to design some decidedly on-the-nose creative for a loud summer sale. The results?

  • +40% lift in conversion rate, generating 1.1 million impressions and 69k clicks

  • +22% revenue lift, generating almost $200k in revenue from advertising
